Darien, Connecticut is a town of  some 19,000 population located on Long Island Sound in lower Fairfield county and offers many Plein Air painting opportunities. Most of the paintings offered in this section are undertakings of this nature. Pear Tree Point, well represented here, offers numerous views...boats at anchor, sea panoramas, boat houses and beaches. A pleasure!
